MICHAEL FLEMING
Area Manager West
Michael Fleming is the Area Regional Manager (West) of First Citizen Finance DAC. Michael started his career in finance with Lombard & Ulster in Letterkenny in 1983 where he worked as a Sales Executive specialising in Plant, Truck and Motor Finance. In 1988, he was appointed Branch Manager by Woodchester Bank. He had responsibility for motor finance, deposit funding, accounts control and overall branch profitability.
In 1994, he joined former colleagues in the newly formed Irish Permanent Finance as Regional Manager for the West with a specific focus on Motor Finance. With the help of a small team and the full support of the Motor Trade market dominance was quickly achieved. The strong personal and business relationships and the original team remain almost intact to this day. Michael's qualifications include an MBA from the University of Ulster and he is a Qualified Financial Advisor.
